Our hut is located directly in the Helm ski area in Vierschach

Mountain romance and hut magic
Discover the ski hut built in 1999 in the heart of the Helm ski area in Alta Pusteria with its unique charm and unsurpassable coziness.
In 2007 we rebuilt and extended our hut.

The Gröberhütte is located near the Helm valley station in Vierschach and can be reached on foot.
In summer you can drive directly to the hut by car (own parking lot).

The Gröberhütte is a popular meeting place after rapid descents through the powder snow and after a day’s skiing in glorious sunshine. The ski hut is located in a unique sunny spot, right next to the lifts and offers children the opportunity to romp around without a care in the world, while the adults can let themselves be pampered by us.

From our hut terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Dolomite massif.

Element 1@5x-8

The Helm ski area in Versciaco, as well as the other ski areas in Alta Pusteria, offer experienced and inexperienced skiers as well as extreme skiers the best skiing fun on perfectly groomed slopes and deep snow slopes right into spring.

Families with children, supervised by the local ski schools, feel particularly at home on the slopes on the Helm.

Element 3@5x-8

From Vierschach, a 6-person gondola lift takes you up to the beautiful Helm plateau (2,050 m). From the mountain station, marked hiking trails lead you up to the Helm, to Sexten, Innichen and Vierschach and along the Carnic ridge.

In winter, several lifts are in operation in the Helm ski area (gondola lifts, chairlifts and drag lifts), which lead up to an altitude of 2,200 m.

Element 2@5x-8

Here you can experience pure winter sports and fun for the whole family. The more than 68 km of perfectly groomed and snow-sure slopes of all levels of difficulty leave nothing to be desired for skiers and snowboarders.
